The last mind-body challenge was fantastic. It sure increased my coping skills. I hope you'll all consider joining this one. You get a daily e-mail from iVillage with the tips & tricks. Plus they will have a message board set up if you want to discuss things with others or find out more. You work on your own, but have alot of support from other iVillagers. Usually they have some experts available for advice. Best of all, it's FREE:) Hope to see you there!
