So far, so good...

You guys might remember that I posted last week about how my therapist will be out of town for the next three weeks, and I was worried about having to miss three sections. Well, so far I'm doing okay. I'm being cautiously optimistic. My appointments are on Thursdays, and usually I'm fine until about Tuesday or so and then I start feeling like I want to crawl out of my skin.
The only thing I'm worried about is that for the past week or so I've had these horrible tension headaches. A few months ago, I realized that I was holding my breath at work without even realizing it. Now that I think that's under control, I'm getting headaches. I don't know what to do anymore. OTC medicines like Tylenol and Excedrin don't help at all. I'm taking as much as the directions recommend is safe, with no effect whatsoever. It's not so much that the pain itself is all that bad. It's that it's totally unrelenting. Day after day. I don't know what to do. Should I call my primary care doctor? It seems silly to go in and pay a $25 copay just because I have a headache. But on the other hand, I'm getting worse.
What do you think?
