Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I have had that happen countless times. I have even reassured folks on the board, that these distortions were part of the anxiety. I simply didn't know the reason why. Jeanie, I cannot bear to look @ optical illusions because they throw me totally off balance. I begin to think it's ME that has quivering or jumping vision. Boy, does that make me feel better. I am so glad you shared this because alot of people will feel reassured:) (((hugs))) jan

One other thing I forgot to mention is,the pupils dialating so quickly when we have that anxious feeling,causes us to feel like,everythings closing in around us.When actually,what is happening is,is the eye

That was the one I was worried about sometimes, boy that is scary thank you, I feel somewhat sane now LOL.

Thank you so much for sharing this! It makes soooo much sense! I always thought the light sensitivity was b/c I had blue eyes (and it still might be somewhat) but I can remember times when I just wanted to put my sunglasses on inside of Wal-Mart!
