Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I have had that happen countless times. I have even reassured folks on the board, that these distortions were part of the anxiety. I simply didn't know the reason why. Jeanie, I cannot bear to look @ optical illusions because they throw me totally off balance. I begin to think it's ME that has quivering or jumping vision. Thank you so much for sharing this! It makes soooo much sense! I always thought the light sensitivity was b/c I had blue eyes (and it still might be somewhat) but I can remember times when I just wanted to put my sunglasses on inside of Wal-Mart!
