I don't take any meds for anxiety/panic either. I have nothing against them, they are just not for me. I try some of the tricks I have read here such as the belly breathing, meditation, and diet. I took away my caffeine and it has helped a lot!! Plus I take Beta Carotene and B-complex with C. I alternate them with a multivitamin.
The best thing for me has been the support I get here. I have been a little absent lately due to finals but hopefully will have more time to hang out now.
