I had been doing so good....or I was just too busy with finals to notice, but my anxiety has been bothering me the past couple days.
I should be excited for the changes happening in my life but I can only sit here with anxiety and freak out!
Hope you are all having an anxiety free Easter weekend!!
HUGS,
Lisa

Hi there!
Thanks Laura!
Welcome to the board :-) Coming here has helped me with my anxiety and knowing that another person understands makes things seem a little better!
You hang in there too!! We can be monkeys hanging from the same tree .... LOL
HUGS,
Lisa
Thanks Jan,
Tomorrow I have orientation and a 3 hour exam, just some review thing to practice NCLEX. It is really stupid. Then Tues I start nursing home for a month. I guess I really thought I would be less anxious and more relieved at this point but it is not happening! It's frustrating. All the changes must me affecting me even though they are *positive*.

Lisa,
I am sorry to hear that you are having a rough time. But, setbacks are a part of the process, so don't focus on it and let it get you down. You can get through it. Just remember that the anxiety is not something to fear, face it, accept that it is there, let it float by and be patient with yourself. If you need something to say to yourself, maybe to ground you a bit, try "I am okay" or "I will be okay". Because you will. Good luck.
Susan
(((Lisa))) I hope the day has turned around & you enjoyed Easter dinner with the girls :-)
Sheri Ann
Thanks Susan!
I try to stay positive, my anxiety is more of a nagging thing right now keeping me off balance. Makes it hard to concentrate.
Lisa
Thanks Sheri Ann,
I think my subconscious is worried about the month ahead. My schedule is completely NUTS! Today went ok, had my dinner and the mess. My kids are happy the bunny came to drop off baskets and are full of ham, turkey, chocolate and the other goodies.
I have school/clinical Mon-Thurs this week, long days. Will be popping in when I can.
