Helo my name is Ana, about 2 weeks ago I have an anxiety attack and I will like to said this past two weeks is being very bad for me if anybody out there can give me some advice

Have you seen a doctor? We cannot diagnose you or give medical advice. It's always best to make sure that you don't have any medical problems that are making you feel anxious. When you see the doctor, he can tell you what needs to be done. Perhaps he will suggest medicines or therapy.
In the meantime, please read what others have posted on the board to get some ideas. We have a good folder below *coping tips & tricks.* I use the belly breathing & positive thinking when I become scared & full of fear. Are you eating right? Getting plenty of sleep & exercise? Have you given up caffeine, smoking? Small changes in our lifestyle can help. Do you meditate
