Okay I could feel it sneaking up on me lastnight.I have been working out 4 days a week,which makes me feel great,connected and in the moment but yesterday I felt nervous while at the gym.I did a very hard full body workout which caused my heart rate to go up,which is normal (scary for me but normal)then came some palpatations and pain in my chest.My clue that I needed to stop for the day.But I still feel nervous, with papatations today.I am worried that my full anxiety will kick in and I will end up at bottom again. Wow!!! so Audrey is your miracle baby, I am glad things are okwith her I know it is hard when you can't lose weigh, but not being to gain is probity the same, but I wish could give you some of my weigh just ask and you shall recieve all you want LOL, Well my son has the same condition he can't gain weight. He has even tried those weigh drinks, but he is very active as you. I will have stuff at this next work out for gaining weigh.I know the Day I turned 40 I started gaining weigh and still can't get rid of it, but I sit allot studying and in class, at least that is my excuse I use Yes protein is very important to our body. If we don't get enough protein then it takes it from places that have to maintain a Constance amount or a body starts to break down, so you don't need to lose any protein. but there are ways around that as long as you get protein from other sources of food.
