still getting "better," and q's wdyd?

hi everyone,
well, i feel like i am getting "better" since my HORRIBLE monday night panic attack...i've actually missed work up till today do to feeling like i relapsed inoto my panic, well, i am going to try and return to work tomorrow...i do feel much better, but i'm still pretty anxious, but i am hoping that once i return to work i get more confindent, and feel better and realize that i can get through a day of work without panic and then feel even better

Good to hear that things are going better for you, Heather. Reducing stress has always helped me. Whether it's just finding time to relax & unwind with friends or developing an interest or hobby, it can never hurt. Finding a regular outlet works best. Trying to find your way clear of the next bad spell rarely works.
