Hi. I just wanted to say that so far, the breathing technique has really helped. I've been practicing this once a day since Sunday, and it's actually been pretty good. I'm not stressing so much over the pg or the job search, or if I do start stressing, I always draw myself back to just taking several deep breaths.

Yoga's also helped as well. I'm doing a prenatal yoga video, so that's helping me more with the stress and getting in my exercise as well.

Also, I signed up for the challenge, and I've noticed that when I try to click on today's relaxation sound byte, nothing comes up. Also, the print out for the relaxation exercise is not coming up as well. Does anyone know how to access these. I'm clicking on the highlighted portion and no go. If anyone can give any input..

I am sorry that the links aren't working for you. I have accessed them twice this morning without any difficulty. In fact, I am posting the guided relaxation MP3 & the Tai Chi links in our *coping tips & tricks* folder. Here
