Sheri Ann,I feel bad for you.I don't have much advise but I do know what you mean.Yesterday I had just had it,with NO sleep.I also had anxiety, but what worried me was I was so short tempered and mean.I couldn't even stand to here the word MOM,I would just start yelling,I CANT GET NO SLEEP,I HAVE TO BEG FOR A BATH,I HAVE TO BEG FOR A NAP,LEAVE ME ALONE.I know the way I have been feeling is from lack of sleep.Audrey also cries out in the night. This child is 4 years old and still hasn't slept threw the night. She just seems restless and wants MOM.I am so happy when I able to get 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep.Night after night this goes on.Dave doesn't have to work Sunday mornings,so he throws out the airbed on the living room floor Saturday night, and sleeps with her so I can sleep in my bed without being bothered.I cant stress enough, how upset I was yesterday.I put Audrey in bed with me Monday night,

Sheri Ann,

Have you thought about maybe cutting out his daytime nap?? He is 5 and starting kindergarden soon, right? Right now might be the time to do this and it might help him sleep better at night. Just put him to bed around 7:30. This way he starts to get used to this routine. I doubt that he will be taking naps at school.

I know how it is when you don't get enough sleep!! I'm still looking for that one night of sleep!! :) My anxiety is always worse when I'm tossing and turning ALL night!!

Hope things settle down for you soon!!

Hugs,
Leanne

He doesn't take a nap, per se, but if he's home with me all day, I have him watch tv for quiet time and relax.

How are things going Sheri Ann? Have you been able to get any sleep yet? I was just thinking that maybe YOU should make use of that hotel room and take a nap there ;-)

Hope things are going better, having company can be stressful even though you are spending time with loved ones.

Well, I slept last night, like a rock, and woke up with the worst kink in my left shoulder.
