Please check out the *coping tips & tricks* folder below. There's alot of good solid info that will help you. We have talked about it before. Finding what works for *YOU* is what will help distract you from the anxiety. Are you able to get out of the house? How about going to the gym, a movie, a museum or a simple walk in the park? Exercise is key to burning off excess anxiety, Heather. Hopefully things will improve when you return to work. I never had much idle time when working.
