It's normal to be anxious about returning to work. But, you've done it before, Heather. Have alternate plans in place like Sheri Ann suggested a couple of days ago. Go to the ladies room. Splash cool water on your face. How about snapping the rubber band on your wrist trick? Many people have used that successfully to keep them focused & on task.
