That's great to hear that these are working for you!! I haven't posted in a while because I was feeling so good and out doing things and then a couple of days ago I started feeling the anxiety again! :(
Today I am going to a stress relieving yoga class for the first time! I hope it works for me as well as it is for you!!
What type of multi-vitamin are you taking? I also stoppped taking mine, but I know I should start them again.
I have been going to the gym 3 times a week and it does seem to help, but the past couple of days I've been feeling kind of out of it!

Well unfortunately the yoga class was cancelled. The instuctor's last day was last week. I go the the gym here at the military base so it was very affordable. But there's another base not very far from here that offers yoga on Mon, Wed, and Thurs so I'm going to give it a shot next week!
I'm gonna have to swing by McDonalds and pick up that Dvd!! Thanks for the advice!

I actually throw up if I take a whole multivitamin, so I take 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at dinnertime (both after eating) and that helps.

I think I feel better when I take my vitamins too! I forget somethimes though. A daily reminder would help...lol
We should start a buddy program or post to record small daily success. Each of us could pick one goal to do daily and post our progress and get support. We could put it in the folder below like our wednesday workout. Just a thought ;-)
