My appointment was today at 3;30.Doctor called and said he had to leave and would not beable to see me until next week Tuesday.I instantly felt panicky and told him that's not possible for me.He told me he had an ER DOC,coming in to see his more serious patients and that I had that as an option.I ask soooo many questions about this doc,I am just nervous about male docs,Dave was coming with me at 3;30.This new doc wanted me to come right then at 12;30;(My appointment went GREAT.I also went alone w/o Dave.He explained a lot about my migs and why I feel so scared. He just explained things to me a lot better, then my own doc had.He gave me some techniques

Wow! The doc sounds amazing, I am glad you went! Are you going to consider the Lexapro?

Sheri Ann,I am not to sure about the lexapro.I dont like the idea of HEIGHTENED anxiety while I adjust to the meds.Kids are all gone.I actually started to cry when Morgan ran out the door with her big brother.I am really looking forward to tomorrow.I dont like the rides but,I love the gift shops.

(((Jeanie))) I'm glad this doc took the time to listen & explain things thoroughly to you. Maybe if you see the dr. he suggested, you can hear what he has to say & make a final decision about the lexapro. It's best for those of us with anxiety to have all bases covered. It's reassuring & will help if & when you decide the meds are right for you. Have a good night without the kids;) Have a great trip to Cedar Point! Wish I could be there. (((hugs))) jan
