Could you please pass this on to the ladies.
I'm due for internet service on the 8th. I've debated on trying to call AOL and see if there is a way for me to dial-up but just haven't gotten to it, I've been so damn busy it's been insane.
The move itself is complete!! : ) We brought down some small stuff on Wed & then the guys hauled ass on Thurs. It took them about 5 hrs including a 40 min drive to complete the whole thing. My computer desk was the only broken item but by the way it broke it told us that it was a piece of sh--, lol. We're just about unpacked already. We've been busting ass. My kitchen is a total mess still but that's the worst of it.
The cats have done really well. We brought them down on Wed afternoon. They HOWLED the WHOLE way here!!! I thought I was going to lose my mind, all 3 of them in a giant round, lol. They hid the first night, Reggie actually hid in the carrier! Alex was the first to come out that night. Reggie followed a bit later and it took Gabby 2 days to unwind. She is still slinking around the house but coming around nicely. Reggie does a lot more crying now, trying to figure out where we are. Alex has been our champ through all of this. He is just as happy as can be. He's even reverted back to stealing my beanie babies out of my room. The other night we were watching a movie and down the stairs comes Alex with my beanie baby in his mouth!!! The next morning Dave woke up to the beanie baby next to him, Alex is so proud, lmao
The kids are doing well also. They both love their rooms and are very happy about the move. The day of the move they played with the neighborhood kids so I had 6 kids running through my house as we moved. It was interesting. They are anxious to get things hung on their walls but I just haven't gotten there yet. They love the fact that Dave's friends kids are their age and another little girl moved in the day before us and she is Sabrina's age. I bought a frame for Sabrina's award winning painting yesterday so she was very excited about that.
Dave & I have been going NON STOP! Wed we did minor moving, Thurs was the BIG move, Fri I went to the old house to do some cleaning. I was hoping to get the house done but I didnt'. We had our pre inspection and the inspector is anal as all hell : ( I'm going back tomorrow to finish up the job. We turn that house in on Wed. Yesterday we did some shopping for the house and last night I worked. Since Wed night I'd be lucky if I've slept a total of 10 hours. The first 2 nights in the house I just didn't sleep well at all. I have a lot going on and I think the stress got the better of me. I'm really tired but have no choice but to keep going at this point. I see no sign of a slow down yet but that is to be expected.
Well I think that's the most of it at this point. I'm at Dave's friends' house using their computer, changing all of my address info on my accounts which is just loads of fun. I need to get going so we can get to Home Depot for some plexi glass to get the a/c unit in. This house is so much cooler than our other house. Yesterday it was 92° here and while the upstairs was warm and we needed fans it was still much cooler than the other house. I told Dave I found it odd to step into my house and it was cooler inside than out, that's a first, lol. We're really happy with the house though, it's got amazing space and it's really nice.
I saw my plastic surgeon on Wed and I cried my eye's out. He said I have the contracture and that I can either remove the implants totally or I can have the implant redone and hope for the best. There are a couple of things though........#1 Remember how I told you all I felt that he thinks I am a walking law suite ... Well his bitchy nurse stayed the entire appt and stared at me like I was some kind of alien, Dave saw it too so I know I'm not nuts about this. #2 The dr I choose for a 2nd opinion looked at my records and will NOT see me. He claims it's because he doesn't interfier with other dr's patients but I think he's full of it. I think he saw something in my record that is not right. I'm going to pick up that record tomorrow and at the advice of my boss at the night club I'm going to take those records to my family dr and have her look at them as well as draw blood. Here's the thing, I went in to talk to my boss last night about needing time off for the future surgery and he told me that he knows of at least 9 women that have had my dr and had problems the first surgery. He also feels that I might have an infection, He said picture this, You have a sinus infection, What happens when you lean forward? You're head fills with pain, Well some days if I lean forward my boob fills with pain so that is why he suggests I have blood drawn to make sure I don't have an underlying infection. If I do let me tell you all I am taking this dr to the cleaners! It was one thing before to think he did something wrong and just want it fixed, It's something else to walk around for 9 months with an infection in your body. For my sake I hope there isn't an infection. Just sitting here with my arm rested on my boob hurts me : ( I did speak with a dr in CA and everything he told me in terms of fixing the pain matched what my ps told me but still something in my gut is yelling. I'll do my best to keep you all posted. DJ is really great about me using the computer so I'll try to get back and update asap. Is it possible to walk around with an underlying infection for this long? I feel like a walking time bomb now. I'm so stressed about this. That is in part why I have been sleeping so poorly. Ok, don't want to make anyone's boobs hurt, lol so end of this topic.
I hope that are all doing well. Please send an update to how you are in reply to this email.
