I think your routines were helping keep anxiety and panic at bay. The exercising, vitamins, and meditation will get you back on track. Having company for so long can be so exhausting. Please take some time for yourself and relax.....Lisa
Oh I am so sad to hear that.. I hope you feel better soon. Take special care of yourself this week, spoil yourself a little.. lots of relaxing, meditating and exersize.
Awww, SheriAnn, that is a bummer. I go thru spells like that myself. And it is NO FUN! I totally agree with Lisa, in that 'our routines' keep the anxiety at bay somewhat. Anytime I am thrown off course, it does not help my anxiety what-so-ever.... Do not feel bad about your anxiety in WalMart, that place makes even my hubby and other friends that don't have to cope with p/a, very anxious and we live in a pretty small college town! So don't fret! YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!!
And my hubby always says 'Don't bite more off than you can chew'... I TRY to remember this, but I keep forgetting! LOL! hee hee! I ALWAYS 'Over Do it' on my outings, which is something that happens when I get over-confident about leaving the house...Then I try to do too much, and feel I am back to square one...But it is so hard to NOT get excited when you have left the house, shopped, etc...You are just so thrilled with yourself and you want to go more, more, more! We want our lives back so deperately. But I sm trying to take his advice, and just do a little at a time...very hard!
If you are like me, We just want to be normal (whatever the h that is!) and sometimes we push ourselves too much. But we will get there someday! Right girls??? :0)
Hang in there, doll! Don't get discouraged, and like the girls said 'Take some time for you!' You deserve it, with all the accomplishments you have made. Wow SheriAnn, Think of how far you have come since you joined this board??? And now you are a co-CL! You should be VERY PROUD! As I am proud to learn from you, and have had the opportunity to have your friendship. hugs! shastagold
