kim,

went back and found this:

Yes! And feeling withdrawn makes me feel even more anxious! I hate constantly "running my radar" to see how I feel and then realizing I feel weird and then getting worked up about feeling weird. What a terrible cycle. I hate it. Very debilitating.

does it make you feel better to know that so many of us have
the EXACT same feelings, i can so relate to letting a 5 min.
panic stay with me for a week!!

ugh....since i feel panicky way longer than that....when
i feel it for a little while, not my norm, i really try to
figure it out...i need to LET IT GO.....for me, so much of
it is physical!!!PMS, bad food, tired, etc.

Thanks Kris!

Yes, when something feels wrong physically, my mind goes nuts with it. I was thinking way back in time today to when I was a kid. I recall feeling really uneasy mentally every time I'd get sick and would have to miss school and could not do normal daily things. It was like I could not stand to feel out of the norm. Well, that is what is going on now. I see myself moping around and I cannot stand it! I want to feel normal again so bad that I get myself in this darn cycle.

I totally agree with Kris, either xanax, or ativan or klonopin is great for the rough spots or when the meds are working yet.
