ugh...frustration

Medications are not working I'm still having night terrors. If I had a broken leg it would be set and on its way to healing. I'm frazzled that I'm paying for tratment thats not moving me forward.

I'm hiding out in my home more. I dont want to be this way in front of people. I dont want to loose more credibility at work. My hubby has to be getting tired of this....I'm tired on myself being like this... Just wish I could get over this already:)

I hear your frustration & I know many of us have felt the same as you. When you break your leg, it's usually done instantly. When we suffer with anxiety, night terrors, panic, etc. it is usually something that has developed over many years of stress, loss, unhappiness & even learned behavior that isn't good for us. Learning new ways to cope will take time. Hiding out won't help. I know because I tried it. In the long run avoiding anything, just makes it harder to get back into the business of living. Make some time for yourself. Go out to lunch with friends. Go to a movie or have a massage. Finding a way to distract ourselves from our negative thinking is essential. Good luck! (((hugs))) jan

I've been as frustrated as you as recently as yesterday.
