So, i was just googling around.. and found this FREE website.. that is GUESS! WORD FOR WORD of the book panic away!

I basically JUST paid 70 bucks for the book last week.. but see the SAME stuff word for word!!!! here at this site.

It makes sense.. it could be a good technique.

The one move is just to WANT the panic/anxiety attack. to feel it, welcome it, observe the sensations with out reacting, but just feel them. and when you are consentrating on all the symptoms, to battle it to be stronger. say to yourself.. ok, i can feel those symptoms, can i make them stronger? can i make my breathing faster? can the knot in my stomache be stronger? is that the scariest thought in there? basically, your jumping in with both feet. saying is that all you can do? this actually defuses the panic attack pretty fast.. it worked on a mild one for me..and yesterday it worked on a bigger one, after I realized i was reacting instead of observing, then i changed gears and observed.... I guess with enough practice, the fear has nothing to feed off of.. so they just dont happen anymore.

It does put you in control. you just have to remember not to react emotionally to the panic/anxiety.
im trying it.. and its difficult, but it was empowering yesterday to feel the panic, stop myself, observe a little, then asked it to be worse! I got mad a little at it... and then to watch it slide away... it just fizzled out.I didnt have nearly the derealization afterwords like i normally do either.. Ill keep trying it.. and keep you posted :)
