I don't use the *suck it up* expression. I use *facing my fears.* Whatever we use, it's all the same. We're going to enter a situation that's challenging to say the least. We know that what we have to experience other ppl don't even give a second thought. I wish you the best of luck, Kristiana. I'll be sending PT's your way. Hopefully this weekend will give you lots more courage for next weekend. Please keep in touch. We care. (((hugs))) jan
Well... I made it....Sort of.....I'm back with the dogs from the Keys....We drove back last night and my fiancee stayed down there - I have to work..UGH....Ok...now here's how it went....
Friday we drove down to the Keys....It was going fine...until we hit a traffic jam....We were stuck on a two lane road with no where to go for an hour......um can we say panic attack!
In spite of what you went through, Kristiana, you are just fine. You will continue to be fine. Anxiety/panic plays tricks on our minds. Allow it to. Just remind yourself of the strength you have & that you can't be harmed in anyway by these fears. Good luck! (((hugs))) jan
I'm wishing you lots of luck!
