hi ladies...well...a quick summary....me and dh went to wisconsin where my parents are "vacationing" to stay with them for a "vacation" and i was doing pretty well anxiety/depression wise (about a 3 out of 10)....
tonight we returned home (we live with my parents...they will be returning home wednesday) and all of the sudden i started to feel higher anxiety and depression upon returning (a 5/6 out of 10) and i'm really frustrated with it:(...i had a really bad week last week, then this week was looking up and i keep "thinking" that i am making improvement and am "hopeful" that it will just get better and better and then BOOM it just hits like a ton of bricks...
i'm also as of last week trying to cut down on my

You will get out of it Heather!!! The anxiety could be from the decrease in Paxil, or it could be from your worry about the decrease in paxil. Either way, don't forget that you know how to handle the anxiety!! You have the tools to calm yourself down. You can do it! I fully understand the feeling hopeless and helpless, but honestly, it's just not true. Well, not fully true, anyway. You are not helpless. You can help yourself. Use your positive self talk and use your breathing and relaxation techiniques. You don't even have to believe that they work at the moment. Just doing it will help you. Try to believe that you can get better and that you will get better.
You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.

(((Heather))) Be strong & you will get through this.

You will not feel this way forever--- remember that!!
You can keep trying the self talk and remember that we LOVE you!!
You are strong and you know if you feel dizzy it will not hurt you!
If you feel more anxiety decreasing the Paxil tell yourself how BRAVE
you are to do this for your baby!!! YOU ARE!!
Being Pregnant is ENOUGH to deal with let alone ANXIETY AND PANIC TOO!!!
Hang on sweetie!! HUGS! Judy
