First, I love this board...thanks to everyone!
Does anyone have muscle tension? My muscles seem to tense up when I start to feel anxious. What do you do about it?

I tense up a lot too. I catch myself gritting my teath and tensing my shoulders and neck. I try to stay aware of it and take a moment to relax my muscles and breathe. If I can stay on top of it and remember to periodically relax, I can keep it from keeping so bad. Deep breathing helps me too. There is a video on the website www.anxietycoach.com that shows the proper way to breath deeply to relax. It really has helped me. The video is listed on the left side of the screen as Diaphragmatic Breathing. Hope that helps!

That makes perfect sense! I have had that area so sore lately and have been going to the drs nonstop because under my arm in the front is sore. So glad I found this board.
