just wanted to let everyone know that sometimes we just have to dig in and face the panic to get through it.i faced my fears yesterday and now today i feel like i can truly make some progress of getting rid of the other fears that have been holding me back.its nice that my husband recognizes how hard it was for me and that i have his support.i went to my daughters soccer practice by myself, went to work and today im going to my other daughters school.i still think my walking has been helping more than anything or any med.plus,i really feel that i have a huge support system .i still have a lot of work to do though.tammy

That's awesome news, Tammy. A much different attitude to facing fear is what it will take for most of us. I admire your courage & the positive spin you're putting on it. You go girl! Keep up the good work. (((hugs))) jan
