I'm sorry to hear that this week has been harder. Sometimes it takes the littlest thing to set you off. I know I get that way when I start to feel better and more in control, becuase I don't trust that it's gonna last, when something out of the blue happens that throws me off, it takes a while to regain my balance. It's frustrating, but not completely out of the norm, I think. I hope you start feeling more balanced soon.
And keep in mind that it's okay to need a little extra sleep sometimes. Anxiety is tiring! Let yourself rest when you need to. You'll feel better. (((Hugs)))

Hi Sherri Ann,
It's been a while since I've posted. I don't know if you remember me or not.
Anyway, you did better than you thought you did: you went down to the daycare with your dad to bring him to school, when you felt claustophobic & off balance. You "rode out" the storm! Don't think of it as a step behind but as an accomplishment.

Hi Kriss, I don't mind sharing, here's a brief one, lol.
I have been agoraphobic, but am making great progress in this area, but I still don't like being alone.

Thanks, Yavonne.

Yes, whenever anything goes out of the norm, it seems to wreck havoc with me.
Sheri Ann
Yes, a magic wand would be awesome, lol.
