Well, if were a different time I'd say my spouse, but since he's been gone it's been my therapist.

Nobody in real life. I have one friend who knows I'm in therapy and have had panic attacks and stuff, but one of my issues is trusting people and I don't like to confide too much in anyone. I don't really tell my friend much of what is going on with me. She asks, and I tell her I'm fine.

My mom knows about the therapy and meds, but seeing as how she is a frequent topic of discussion in my therapy sessions, I don't like her knowing too much either.

I understand that ... I feel uncomfortable talking about it to others .. there are only a couple people who even know I'm on meds, and one I just recently confessed that too ... most everyone else believe I'm fine and happy and they see my "fake" side I guess you could say!
