Hello! I'm Laura in Oklahoma. I'm 36, married to a wonderful man, have a 14 year old son, and generally love life. I have 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a guinea pig. I love nature and all living critters! I'd go crazy if I couldn't go outside just to enjoy the grass, trees, and everything natural thing out there. I've suffered on and off (mostly on)with A/P since 1992. Glad to have the group!

HI!! I'm Ashley! I'm 21, just got married April 9. My hubby is in the Coast Guard. We have 2 daughters ages 4 and 1.We're moving back to Texas in November. I hope to start school in November, I will be studying Psychology with a specialization in Anxiety and Panic disorders. I've had GAD, Panic, & PTSD for 7 yrs now. It all started after my grandmother suddenly passed away of a heart attack. I do not go to therapy and am not on meds anymore. Money is too tight and there isn't any point when there isn't any time to get help that will take full effect. I'm always obsessed with the health of my heart and what it does. And I guess you could say that I am a hypchondriac.

Hi Sheri Ann,

Thank-you for the welcome! Just time for a little peek online before I try to catch some Zzzz's tonight.

I forgot to add what our plans are for the weekend. Tomorrow is hanging out with DH and DD, plus working on a bunch of house projects and general cleaning that we don't have time for during the week. We're planning to try and sleep late.(though DD usually pops up @ 8am anyway)It has been some gorgeous weather, so we may take our pup over the State park and let her and DD run off some energy. This is always a great outing for us and tends to mellow me out too.

Sunday, DH has offered to stay with DD while I go out with friends to a house party of The Pampered Chef stuff. I promised to buy him a large pizza stone. ;) My only caveat is that it will be a lot of driving, but I'm looking forward to it.

I have several homework assignments to work on too!

Smiles,
Dee

Hello all! I'm Jess, 27, married to an Active Duty Army soldier. We live in New York, but are originally from Michigan. We don't have any children, but we do have our favorite little fur baby, Kiya, a five year old Siberian Husky. I'm a real estate agent and I also work part time as a CRS for an oil and gas company. Dh is currently deployed, so anything that keeps me busy is great!

The weather here is ~cold~! It's a clear sky, but oh man, is it chilly. lol I'm shivering! This weekend I want to head out to the park to get some pictures of the foilage. I also need to finish painting my living room and do laundry. I'm having lunch with a friend on Sat. and going to a Pampered Chef party in the evening. Sunday will be church, choir rehearsal (I joined a second choir), and Sunday Dinner with friends. I also need to hit the post office to get a couple of packages out to dh. I'm spoiling him with a posturpedic pillow and a fluffy mattress liner.

That's too funny about the dog's name! lol I thought I was being original too, until I found out that Kiya and Kyra are the two most popular names for huskies. lol

I grew up mostly in a little town called Cass City, in the middle of the thumb, but I call Marquette home. I love the area up there and miss Lake Superior terribly.

Nice to meet you too!

Jess
