Hello Darling!!

Yes, I am the same way. I forget what I am talking about in the middle of a conversation. It drives me CRAZY and all those who know me know that I am this way.

From what I have heard it is the meds. I have never asked my pdoc but I will also. Let me know what yours says.

Hugs,

Heather

i'm "pretty" sure that can be a side effect of the xanax....

but...couple it w/you being forgetful in general, and anxiety...and you've got a good recipe for forgetfullness...

i wouldn't worry about it too much thought...talk to your doc...but don't hang on to it too much...thats all you need, more anxiety:(

(((Sheri Ann))) It is stress! Plain & simple. Now that it has you worried, it will get a grip on you. Try to let it go. Otherwise it will happen more frequently because you will be noticing it more.

As for meds, *maybe* in some ppl AD's or anti-anxiety meds cause it. I have only read about beta blockers causing forgetfulness. I know you used to take those. Are you still? Ask the dr. for reassurance. In the meantime, do like I do & tell the kids I can call them or the animals anything I want because I'm the mom. I make the rules. ROFLMBO jan

I have the same problem but can't determine what it's from. Depression and anxiety can cause it as well as the meds. I've had depression/anxiety forever and been on

I was on beta blockers for 14 years, but have been off them for 12.
