If depression wasn't bad enough, now this non-stop anxious feeling and heart pains.

I just can't enjoy anything because all I think about is what needs to get done, the negative thoughs, things I can't control.

My husband tried so hard for me to relax this weekend. He took me away to a resort and all I could think about is how we really shouldn't be spending the money--then it snowballs into more bill and money issues.

I got a promotion but at the same time, I have a new boss who is extremely controlling so now all I think about is how miserable I'll be and I DON'T want to look for another job (at least right now; tired of job hopping).

Planned a wonderful wine and cheese Halloween party then my husband over-invited people and I can't keep track of who's coming because they respond to him, not the evite I sent. Plus his best-friend's wife turns it into the best friend's b-day party and invites his sister's KIDS. NO KIDS AT THIS PARTY. She didn't even ask just did it and then went, "oh I hope you didn't mind." YES I DO MIND! So now I had to be the jerk to tell her to tell the sister not to bring the kids.
So I can't even enjoy a party I was looking forward to for a month!

This is my last day off of a 4 day vacation and all I can think about is how sloppy and unfinished my house is. But we can't afford to get what I want to get done. Then at the same time I get mad thinking, "my God, we make a decent living, what is wrong with us." Then I have emense guilt of making a lot yet nothing to show and I don't know why.

I feel horrible today. I can't relax, I'm getting a migraine, my chest is hurting.

Is there any natural anti-anxiety out there?

Hello! I can see that you are stressed to the max right now. But, many of your fears/worries are issues that we have no control over. Those things plague us &

I've tried valerian root (herbal supplement), yoga, meditation and visualization.

Since you're seeking a natural way to control your anxiety may I suggest going to your local health food store and talking with the employees there. They are usually very familiar with their herbs and uses for.
