My "Aha" Moment

I think I may have gotten to the root of some of my anxiety over the impending move with my b/f.

Went to the pdoc last night and crabbed about the usual stuff. Asked for an increase in Effexor which she did.

Hi Dharma,

I think it's great that you are coming to understand this dynamic of your past. I think that if you could cut the communication with your old b/f completely maybe that would help you put those thoughts behind you. It sounds like you have really decided that he isn't the guy for you and keeping the communication out of spite will just bring trouble eventually.

It's great that your current relationship is so strong! I believe in accentuating the positive. LOL

Good to hear that you're gaining insight. That is always a relief to those of us with anxiety. Keep up the good work! (((hugs))) jan

That is a common fear for me, too. What if I feel trapped in a situation & have to RUN? I have panicked in the grocery store & had to run, leaving my shopping cart fully loaded. Unfortunately, some poor stocker probably has to empty the cart & return things to the shelves. Relationships & babies are
