Taking a day off

It's been a awfully busy week, with some great, but stressful days too. Last night I was lying awake with mind racing and did not get to sleep until @1:30am. It seemed like the moment DH and DD woke me this morning, the big weight was decending and all those thoughts came back. I just didn't want to have to spring up and rush to school, rush through some of the assignments I need to work on...so I'm taking the day off! I can get everything done this weekend without any problem and I practically never miss any class, so this won't hurt my grades or anything. (yes, major justifications going on here! LOL)

Actually there's some personal stuff I'd love to do, maybe working on my art, writing letters to family, reading the Laurell K. Hamilton book, I picked up last month.

Of course, that little voice in my head is still bugging me a bit about missing class & all the housework that needs done, the errands I should do etc. Well, today, I'm cultivating denial!

Have a good day all,
Dee
