Time change

I am really having difficulty with the time change. I can feel myself getting in a deep slump when it starts getting dark earlier. I also have trouble with Sundays (feeling depressed)and when the two happen together I am beside myself. I have tried so hard to be positive but I just want to cry. I am already counting down the days until spring.

yeah, i know what you are going through...i feel the same way! it sucks having less sunlight, coupled w/the cold and depressing weather...not a good combo:(
(((Jamie))) Count me in on this one, too :(

Heather,
It's nice to know I'm not alone, but I hate that anyone else has to feel this way too. You will be getting a wonderful winter gift in December!! ;)

Sheri Ann,
Thanks for the support. I would love any ideas too!

Hi Ladies,
You know what I try to do...even if darkness/rain/snow at one point gets to me...I try to go outside every chance that I get even if the weather is not perfect....and this winter I'm not pregnant so I hope to go skating and teach my 4 year old how to skate too. I find that instead of sitting home and being depressed about the weather why not engaged in an activity that you enjoy in the winter or do something inside that you enjoy and that prevents you from looking outside too much!!! The way I look at it is that somedays are sunny and warm but if I'm having a depressed mood on that day the weather wont change a thing!!!

The lack of sunlight is always a trigger for me. I hate the time change because of the early darkness. I may be wrong, but doesn't the new law go into effect next year that President Bush signed? I think we'll be experiencing the return to DST, 3 weeks earlier or something like that.
