Hey, I feel for you, I honestly do, this is exactly the same thing that happens to me when my anxiety *acts up*. Do you have any relaxation techniques that you use or are you on meds? Make sure you see your Dr. about all symptoms that are present and he or she will be able to help you get through this. It always gets better and the anxiety lifts... just remember that!!

Hi, Tina! Welcome to our caring community. We'd like to help in any way we can. However, we cannot diagnose. These symptoms may or may not be anxiety attacks. You need to see your doctor to be evaluated & get a confirmed diagnosis. Chest pains should never be ignored, even in women. Near fainting & difficulty breathing can indicate other medical problems that require treatment. You should put yourself first in this situation, as your dh & children deserve a healthy mom.

If you are stressed or have encountered a major life change, please check out our *coping tips & tricks* folder below. There are many techniques that you can teach yourself to find better balance in your life.

We wish you the best. Please bookmark us to your favorites & update us on how you're feeling. Good luck & GBU! (((hugs))) jan

Well I get every symptom under the sun. I was rushed to the hospital when I had my first attack, i have a headache at least 5 days a week, and I have also had 3 kat scans so nothing is wrong, anxiety can cause many different pains, I had chest pains also they did tests and I was fine all the muscles in your body get tight, and then the panic hits because you think something serious is wrong. Have you been given any meds? I have but I am too scared to take them, so if you get them take them. I would see your doctor to make sure it is nothing serious, but I know that anxiety can do lots of things to us.

good luck

First I do think you need to check a physical and get checked out that it's nothing else but anxiety. It does worry me that you get kind of light-headed- that sounds like low blood pressure to me. I had that when I was much younger - I'd get up too suddenly and start to feel faint.

The headaches could be stress but it is a good idea to get them checked out too.

Good luck to you and please don't wait if it is all worrying you.

Hi Tina, I just wanted to say that all of your symptoms are the same exact ones that I experience when I am about to have a panic attack.
