(((Jennifer))) Sorry to hear about the bug. That is a real trigger for my anxiety, so I feel for ya. Hopefully this will pass quickly.

You do NOT need this aggravation from your mil. With all that you're facing without your dh, what is she thinking? If your dh doesn't address the issue with her then you will have too. It does seem that it isn't only you who must suffer her thoughtlessness/pushiness, etc. That's a shame. Please take care of yourself & get rested up. Feel better soon. Sending P&PT's your way. jan

Dear Jennifer,

I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling well, but at least your DD is okay today.

Your MIL does sound really overbearing...with the tickets though, I was wondering, could she be lonely? Is she maybe trying to get an invite to your family plans? I realize she may just be used to getting her own way, but I just thought maybe something else is going on too.

Hugs,
Dee

I get extremely anxious over illness so I know exactly how you feel. We had it at our house last week. Try to stay focused and do some deep breathing. This too shall pass.
My MIL is very pushy but she tries to disguise it as being nice. I know how you feel. Some times it is just more than you can handle with everything else going on. Don't let her add to your anxiety, you have yourself and family to take care of.

Hope all is better soon!

(((Hugs))) Jennifer,

You definitely have all you can handle at home and I can see where MIL's issues would just be too much.

I hope your family time after Thanksgiving is a good break for you. Sometimes traditions can be really comforting.

I just talked to my DH about staying home for Thanksgiving this year and it is a big relief.

Have a goodnight,
Dee
