Zoloft anyone?
| Wed, 11-15-2006 - 1:09pm |
So I explained to my doctor my concerns about the Ativan (mainly the tiredness, and the fact that I'm still breastfeeding but using it on a daily basis) and he prescribed me Zoloft. I was a little nervous about taking it. He said to start off on 25, so I cut my pill in half. I feel no side effects, that's cool. :) I hope that it works, because it is damned expensive! Yeesh! Anyone here take it for their anxiety?

Hi! Nice to see you again. I think others breastfeeding have been given zoloft. It's a good drug for anxiety disorders. I looked up some past threads for you to read, as I haven't taken this med myself. However, I have taken many antidepressants similiar to zoloft. I do know that it usually is taken close to bedtime, as it helps with sleep. So far you're doing well & I hope that continues. Good luck! Keep us posted. (((hugs))) jan

it sounds like the zoloft is a safer med for the baby.
