hey yall i find that once a major holiday starts to approach my panic attacks come on weather it be mild or big. some1 help i need a way to cope with this and hey can some1 tell me how i do that breathing excercise dont know how to do it

I know that holidays are a big trigger for my anxiety. I try to relax. Don't stress out over the details & keep my decorating & activities to a minimum. It helps to do things that I find make ME happy. In that respect, I don't always follow what the crowd is up to.

It is very normal for anxiety & panic to surface during the Holiday season.
