I am so fed up with having anxiety and panic. It as consumed a lot of my life. I have lost my enjoyment of life.
In the past 2 weeks I have been seeing a therapist and a physic doctor but I am a wear person and would rather not deal with all of this stuff. I see no way out other than ending my life. I feel so hopeless and fearful.

I am out on FMLA to seek treatment for this condition but I don't think I will be strong enough to go back to work and face my mean boss. The DR. wants me to use this time to attend therapy become assertive and work on my issues but I don't know if I can.

I am so sorry you are feeling this way. Have you started medication? There are a lot of different treatments available.

Please, please contact your doctor and tell him about these thoughts. There is anti-anxiety medication that is faster acting than antidepressants.

The ladies here are great & offer wonderful support.

Hugs,
Dee

hi there,

i can TOTALLY relate to what you are feeling....i feel the same way:(

i have been dealing w/anxiety and depression for 10 years, but up until 7 months ago was anxiety and depression "free"...i've had a relapse...and its been horrible...

the "good" news is that i was anxiety and depression free for 8 years...

so, my hopes and prayers are that i will return to this place....hopefully soon...

i too often feel/worry that there is no end to this other than my death...:( this is a miserable place to be....

please talk to your therapist/doc about these feeling...maybe they can offer you some hope.

i know from personal experience, that yes, it can get better...

its just so hard to see that light when you are in the mist of anxiety....

please keep us posted on how you are doing.

I am sorry to hear about your feelings. There is help for anxiety sufferers. It does get better with proper treatment. Seeking help through therapy is essential. There is no shame in that.

You MUST call your dr. or go to the local emergency room &
