I've been thinking of trying to take up meditation, TM or any form of it and I'm wondering if anyone has found some good CDs? It might be a good way to unwind at the end of the day or on those mornings when I'm feeling stress. If you have any suggestions I'd love to hear about them.

You are in luck, Bennie. iVillage actually has some downloads for you & I posted a few ideas quite awhile ago. Here they are: http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-bhpanic&msg=21559.1&x=y

I am getting a little bored with chanting monks, but they will be new to you. Try Amazon for deals. Also, I have a book with a CD of meditations by Thich Nhat Hanh. Beliefnet on the web has alot of meditations that will give you a good idea of what is out there. They cover all religions/beliefs. Good luck! This is a great way to keep anxiety in check. I took classes for TM & would highly recommend them to anyone who is near a TM center.
