I take a multi, plus extra calcium (2 generations before me diagnosed with osteoporosis), plus evening primrose for pms, plus B complex for energy.

Hi Janis...I voted a combination because I take several everyday and have for many years. I take a multivitamin, stress B100, Co-Enzyme Q10, vitamin c, calcium, fish oils for omega, silia, grapeseed and bilberry and a cranberry supplement.

Hi,

I voted a combination. I take a multivitamin once or twice a week and usually a B complex supplement. Just bought more Valerian Root capsules because they do seem to help me relax and fall asleep. I use those a few nights a week.

I bought Omega-3 fish oil capsules for DH, because he won't eat fish and I think it's good for him, but he only takes it when I hand it over. LOL So he also takes the multi vitamin and Omega...usually when I take mine.

My dh and I take a boatload of vitamins and supplements and I really believe that they help. We both watch what we eat and are able to keep our weight, blood pressure and other key numbers within acceptable range. Neither of us takes medications for the usual ailments that people our ages (50's to 60)
