Orange alert:
It's the time of year when Mandarin oranges(AKA clementines) are plentiful. It's also the time of year when anxiety can become acute. Make use of the one to treat the other by peeling an orange during anxious moments and inhaling the scent deeply for a minute or two. Scent researchers @ the University of Vienna have found that the smell of oranges can reduce anxiety levels.

Cool, my Dad used to like having a fruit bowl with oranges and another of nuts sitting around this time of year to munch on.
