Hi Manny!!!!

I have been reading everything you have written so far, and I just wanted to let you know that you are a huge inspiration to me because you are proof it is possible to live with anxiety. You seem to be quite happy as well! I'm sure everyone here really appreciates all the words of wisdom you have to share.

When you said that in your past, you felt you only had 2 options, a tear came to my eye. I am so glad that you overcame that!!!!

Take Care of Yourself!!!

I was wondering if you're feeling any better? How about a little honey in alot of ouzo? An old Greek remedy that will either kill ya or cure ya, but sure won't hurt ya! Keep listening to the Spirit, Manny! Get well soon. (((hugs))) jan
