Hello,
I have had anxiety attacks off and on since, 1992, I have been on meds for about 7 yrs now, I'm 34yrs old, I have two boys that are 10yrs old & 7yrs old that I see every 3rd weekend of the month.
My life has been really good in the last 7 months, a lot of changes but positive ones, I'm on meds, Zoloft but I forget to take them on a daily basis, I'm trying to remember now though. And I take klonopin as needed.
I'm really confused cause my anxiety has seemed to be much higher like I'm having a relapse, it hasnt happened for a while but now I'm getting anxious again from crowds of people if I go to a club and movie theaters. I just dont understand what going on cause for a long time, years since I have been taking meds, I was fine.
I'm guessing that I should probably get into therapy again and make sure I take my pills on a daily basis.
If anyone has any suggestions or advice, please send it my way.
Thank you.

Hi! Nice to see you in our supportive community! I am sorry to hear about the return of anxiety. For me,
Hi,
Welcome!! Jan gave some great advice. I don't have much to add, just that even good changes can come with stress...I think it was some huge upheavals in my life, good and bad, that led to the development of my generalized anxiety and continues to trigger my worst spells.
It is great that you are so proactive about handling your relapse and taking steps now to feel better. Please feel free to come by the board anytme, this is a really friendly supportive group and has helped me a lot.
Hugs,
Dee
