Hi Jan,

I don't pray in the traditional sense of the word, but I do send healing energy wherever it is needed. I will add both you and your dd to that when I do my meditations later, though I'm sending you massive {{{{hugs}}}} now.

This has to be so difficult, with needing to remember to take care of yourself, but also needing and wanting to take care of your dd. I feel for you!

The plus-side is that she's willing to go into rehab now. That's a huge step, and I hope it goes well. Try to take this weekend gently, with both of you! A day, an hour, a minute at a time if that's what's needed. And remember, that if she doesn't take anything, she will start withdrawal while she's home with you. That can be pretty scary, for everyone involved! It seems to cruel to have a set date to go in, that is so "far" away-in this sense, even an hour from now can seem like eternity!

{{{Gentle hugs}}}

Jan,

I am definitely thinking of you and your DD through this rough time. I don't have any words of wisdom, but just know others out here are thinking of you and sending positive thoughts your way.

Hugs,

Though the war be not over, I am indeed winning skirmish after skirmish; battle after battle - for "if God b e with me, who can stand against me ?" certainly not these hells they call anxiety, depression, panic, and phobia. I mock them - paradoxical in

Jan, you and your family are in my prayers and my heart. I have only been with this board for a short time, but you have already helped me in so many ways with your words. I can do nothing but tell you that you are in my thoughts. I too have family and friends with drug addictions and it is really hard and scary. Good luck to you and yours.
