Many of you know I am the proud father of Amy, Amy who valiantly battles anxiety, panic and phobia. Many of you also know I have battled these insidious, nefarious, demons myself for 41 years.

Though the war be not over, I am indeed winning skirmish after skirmish; battle after battle - for "if God b e with me, who can stand against me ?" certainly not these hells they call anxiety, depression, panic, and phobia. I mock them - paradoxical in

I am NOT into the Twilight Zone. Stuff like that makes me nervous. However, I have no doubt that this is true, Manny. It can't just be shrugged off as coincidence.

TRIGGERS!!!!!!!
AHHHHHH yes ESP and such!! I had premotions where my brother was
concerned. One night I was sound asleep in my bed at the cottage
I felt intense heat and saw flames and woke up yelling my fool head off!
My parents ran into the room and the phone rang------ my brother was in our
house in the city and someone had entered and was trying to light it on fire!!
He saw the matches scattered all over the house and piles of clothing were
piled to light the fire!! The person escaped through the back window of the
house as my brother came in the side door!
Another time I sat with my sister as my Gramma lie in the hospital I looked
at the clock and told my sister that Gramma would be gone by 6pm that evening
at 6:05 my mother called to tell us she had passed away----
I was in college and on vacation in Nassau in the Bahamas and I suddenly felt
my heart hurt it was a pain I never had before and I could barely move!!
I was dancing in a bar at the time---- thought it might be too much dancing but
I then saw my father flash through my mind------ his brother died that evening
I found out when I called collect from Nassau-------- boy were they MAD at that
bill!!!!! I had to know!!
I can so relate to you and your daughter you share so much----- my youngest and I
both have anxiety and panic she has luckily only had a few attacks- I felt them
when she had them- and YES she called to tell me about them but I already knew!!
She left her anxiety producing job upon my suggestion! IT AIN"T WORTH IT!
I could go on and on but don't want to bore you!! I AM A BELIEVER in the
ability we have to feel other's pain or danger------- GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR
DAUGHTER!! and I LOVE reading your posts! I too was a teacher! Take care! Judy
