Oh Keitha I am so sorry you are having such a hard time right now. Please know that anxiety/depression comes in spurts and things will eventually get better. If DD and grandkids are stresing you out, then it's time to ask them to leave. I know you feel as if you need to take care of them, but you need to take care of you first. Isn't there anywhere else they can go so you can get a break? I mean, seriously!
Do you have a counselor to talk to? Are you taking any meds? Honestly if you feel that bad, you need to contact someone to help you through this difficult time. It will get better. Things always do. Nothing is ever worth losing your life over. Hang in there and e-mail me through my profile if you want to chat more.
I'm here if you need me.
I hope today brings a better day to you :)
Stacey
