Hey all...I am telling you I am getting really worried about this whole adrenal thing...my naturopath is doing well with me but I am still losing weight and like today I am so tired and funky feeling I cant even stand at my sink to my dishes...my husband is getting frusterated because of what I am going through, and I have called endocrinologists to get additional testing done but most of them cannot get me in until April, which is crazy!! I am also upset because I love my naturopath, but my husband is getting angry that she is not "fixing" me and I know soon is going to tell me, okay you can't see her anymore...do any of you take any meds for adrenal problems? of course the anxiety doesn't help, and my husband works 7 to 7 so i don't like the idea of being here by myself that long...he said he might be able to leave early so I am hoping he can...I hate not having that many people around me that I can count on if I need them....grrr....I feel so crappy...

Hi Krista! I'm really sorry you're going through all this crud. I don't know much about adrenal problems, but my mom has them. I know this has been mentioned before on this board, but some of the reasons that we feel run down and tired is that we don't eat or drink enough water. That's my main problem too and I REALLY feel it. Also trying to get as much exercise as you can handle. It doesn't have to be much, even doing things around the house, but if you do feel lightheaded then ease up on WHATEVER you are doing. Anxiety in itself is exhausting. I feel bad for you, but don't give up, keep working with your naturopath, natural therapies take a little longer because of the detox process. Just do what you can each day. Best wishes and much love!

I don't know much about neuropathy either...but I can sure relate to feeling tired. Mine is from sleep problems, but I know what you are going through with not feeling like you can function.
Hugs,

From my own experience, stress & anxiety can take an awful physical toll. Many people have posted that they are exhausted when the anxiety is @ it's highest. Also, I am
