Hello,
My panic symptoms have come back, one feeling I get is feeling like I'm not really in the present, its hard to explain, feels sort of like a dream.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, please help so I feel in the now and not all dreamy,
Thank you,
Tina

(((Tina))) I am sorry to hear about this. It is the scariest part of anxiety/panic for me. It feels as if I am totally losing control & that things are no longer real. It is very common & has been reported frequently on the board. Here is a good thread, that has a link inside it where you can read more about *depersonalization.*
Hello,
Yes I'm on Zoloft and Klonopin, I was off my Zoloft for about a month but just started back on again at a low dose, I'm having trouble remembering to take everyday though. That might be a problem but i am doing my best to get those pills in me everyday.
And my anxiety level has skyrocketed hight again, I get panicky and sometimes panic attacks now,

hi tina,
i get this symptom too...its liek a feeling of unreality...it SUCKS!
i think it helps to remind yourself that even thoguht this feeling is not pleasant it will not hurt you, and it will pass.
thats what i do:)
I am experiencing this now!! It is like I feel like why am I even here because nothing seems real and everything seems very pointless around me. It scared me to death the last few days. Especially last night and today. I thought for sure I was losing my mind. Like seriously having some sort of mental break. I got online yesterday and today I feel a bit more reassured now that I am not losing it. It is AWFUL to feel like this.

I know how you feel. Its like your head is in a cloud. Or like your head is disconnected from your body. You are not alone.
I find that particular symptom is one you just have to ride out. Don't TRY, just BE. Don't fight the feeling. Let it exist within you as neither good nor bad. The moment you do not FIGHT or FEAR the symptoms is the moment they disappear.
Hope this helps.
I feel like that when my anxiety is sky high.

Yes, I do take my klonopin all the time, I'm to take it as needed but lately, it has been almost everyday that I'm needing to take it. My anxiety, sometimes panic attacks, come more often now but hopefully that, dies down, I really hate it,
Thanks for your support,
Tina
