Some health tips;)

"Four out of five Americans suffer from gum disease," says Julie Ann Barna, DMD, spokesperson for the Academy of General Denistry. Here are some reasons to brush and floss faithfully.

You'll fight heart disease. Bacteria in the mouth may enter the bloodstream and thicken the arteries.

You'll keep your smile. Periodontitis, the breakdown of the tissues and bone that anchor the teeth, affects up to 20% of Americans and is the primary cause of tooth loss.

You'll beat bad breath. Don't forget to brush your tongue. In a recent study regular brushers who flossed and brushed their tongues improved their breath in two weeks.
