Another Nightmare

I hate the nights we have the nightmares. And always the same theme lost, can't find our home, or problems with our home. Last nights had to do with the neighbors trying to take my home away from me. A little close to home for me since we've been in a property dispute for so very long now. And the house was so very beautiful. You'ld think we'ld get use to em and they wouldn't bother us so much anymore. No such luck leaves me waking up anxious and stressed.

Thankfully I don't have nightmares often, but there was a time when I did.

(((Kea))) I know how disturbing dreams can nag @ us throughout the day. But, as Sheri Ann said, we work out our day-to-day problems through our dreams. Remind yourself that these are just dreams & they can't harm you in any way. They will decrease in intensity & frequency when you feel safer & more supported in your daily life. We're here for you:) jan

Nightmares are the worst! I tend to have work related ones a lot lately, guess I have some unresolved issues to work out there. Hope you can get past this and get a good night's sleep ;)

Hugs,
Lisa

OHHHHH Kea I KNOW HOW THAT FEELS!!!
I am always lost in my dreams--- sometimes I wonder if
it is just my dreams-- stress we have occupies our minds
even when we are supposed to be resting!!!! WHAT A PAIN IN THE BUTT
Positive thoughts chase the scaries away! HUGS! Judy

Oh Kea - I know exactly how you feel!

Thursday night I dreamed that my husband died! I woke up in tears and when I went to sleep it started all over again - I did this almost every hour until time to get up - always the same dream but with a few different details each time! Normally when I awake from a dream and go back to sleep it seems to have resolved itself - not this time and it was exhausting! On Friday night - I dreamed that it had already happened and I was having to call and tell people that he was dead - thankfully when I awoke from it in tears - it did not return when I finally went back to sleep!

Too bad nightmares don't stop when we hit puberty! That would be nice!

Good luck - and get some rest!
