Hello Everyone,
I haven't posted here in a very long time. I do come here and read sometimes. To make my story short.
I have a Panic/Anixtey Disorder. And Sunday Night, I had an Attack. Today, I've felt soo tired. and Just really off balance. I've been scared/worried all day. I've had diareah and no appitited at all. Tonight, I just feel sick of having this stupid disorder and I wanna make it go away. I'm going to go to the doctor in the morning and tell my doctor. I've been keeping it from her for a long time, because i've been embarresed :( but i'm sick of feeling like this. I currently take Paxil 30MGS, and I was wondering if anyone here takes that, and if you take something else with it or what.
Do you experseice the off balance feeling..??
Thanks
Evelyn

Hi, Evelyn! LTNS;) I am sorry to hear about the attack that you had. I occasionally have one out of the blue & it puts me off balance for maybe a week or so. Usually when I look back, I can see that it was close to my period or I wasn't sleeping like I should have or I wasn't making enough time for myself.
Paxil is a very good med for anxiety/panic. Touching base with your dr. is a great idea. Coming clean & talking about what has been troubling will be a relief. I am sure the dr. has heard this all before. Anxiety problems are common. It will take a short while to regain your balance. For now, you are doing the best you can. You will get back to where you were before. Continue to reassure yourself that anxiety does not last forever! GL & GBU! Don't be a stranger! (((hugs))) jan
thanks for the fast reply.. It is close to my period.. too..
Why do you think it effects the anixtey? I have thought about this too!
Finally someone who understand! :)
Evelyn
This has been posted many times on the board & has been discussed in chats. I think it probably is the hormonal changes during TOM. Also, if you're like me, I tend to get a little swelling in my ankles & feet & occasionally in my breasts. It isn't unusual for a slight headache, either. Sometimes, when I'm under stress, I get jittery inside.
We all try to make sense of this, Evelyn. Just one of those women's issues that would be all nailed down by now if men suffered with them. LOL Hope you feel better soon. (((hugs))) jan
I see you are a night owl too! I'm up late tonight.. My son seems to be wonting to play lol..
Yeah men would go crazy if they had our problems, I know my husband would anywayz! HAH!
I am thinking of not going to the doctor.. And waiting maybe another day! :D I'm a big Chicken..
I am feeling some better now though, Just really tired.. but the off balanceing feeling isn't as bad... *KNOCK ON WOOD*

I am off balance a lot. It is intensified around period time. It is a horrible feeling. I have been going to doctors for years with a feeling of off balance. I had a doctor tell me 5 years ago that it was probably anxiety and just to work through it on my own basically "get over it". Here I am today still suffering and it is worse than ever.
Please tell your doctor what you are experiencing. I thought that I could get over it on my own but I needed help from my doctor. Don't be embarrassed to talk about it.
Good luck at your appointment!
Nancy
I get this feeling sometimes too. I believe it is related somehow to anxiety/hormones.
Hope your feeling better!!
Thanks Guys For your replys,
I didn't go to the doctor today, because I simply felt like I was too tired. (I know I really wasn't) but I did call today and made me an appt! For 1:15! Wish me Luck!
I am going to ask her "my doctor" to check my horomones. And see what's going on there.. I have a 18 almost 19 mth old son. And since he was around 12mths old, My periods have been really messed up. I spot durning the time I'm off of my period. Not every day but some days. Which I feel more tenes and currently that is the problem now I beleave. I'm only 23 years old and Ive had anixtey since I was aeound 15/16 years old. I'm just sick of it... But who isnt! I just wanna kick it in the butt!
Thanks Guys,
Evelyn :)
Hi Evelyn, I get the off balance feeling, also.
Sheri Ann
I will diffently post tomorrow and let you all know. I hate the off balance feeling also. Makes you just worry even more. I am feeling alot better today, the feeling is still there but it seems not as bad. I also still have diareah and not really a appitite.
Do you guys do that also?
Evelyn
Oh, yes, I get that as well!
Looking forward to your update.
