Well I did go to the doctor today.. And she said everything I was feeling was normal. And She up'ed my medicine from -Paxil 30mgs -to- Paxil 40mgs. I have to go back in 3 weeks for her to see how that is going. I hope this helps.... I feel better after going. Thanks for encouranging me everyone :) Also I was wondering..... If I'm going to feel a big affect is the 40mgs from the 30mgs. I start tomorrow.. :/

Thx for keeping in touch, Evelyn. I hope your visit reassured you. As for med increases, in my experience they generally don't cause added side effects as those are all behind you. But, it will take 4 to 6 weeks to get the optimal effect. GL! Don't be a stranger. @ least let us know how the baby's doing. I don't think I even knew you had a new baby): (((hugs))) jan

OMG, he is beautiful!! What a cutie! I bet he is a big flirt too!! LOL! I really hope your increase in meds helps! I loved my Paxil! I wish I had never gone off of it, it helped me so much. I am back on the 12.5mg time release and it is helping. I was on the 20mg before and it was great but I am taking a lower dose and combining it with therapy this time to see if eventually I can be med-free. Keep us posted on how you are doing! When I switched from Paxil 20mg to Lexapro 10mg for a while in Sept I didn't notice any side effects. If you have been on the Paxil for a while you probably won't even notice anything negative, hopefully only that you feel better! Hugs, Erin

I haven't been able to tell a big differece in the medicine. I still feel tired, but I personally think that is a wife/mom thing!
